Printer Technician – San Fernando ValleyGoodSuite has been in the managed print and technology industry for over 27 years. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Printer Technician to join our team in the San Fernando Valley.This role installs, maintains, and repairs commercial printers and MFP devices (Konica Minolta, Sharp, Xerox, HP). When there are no service calls, the technician is required to work from the office to support machine building, setup, and ongoing training.Responsibilities • Install, configure, network, and service commercial printers, copiers, and MFPs at customer sites. • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine preventative maintenance. • Maintain accurate records of service history, parts usage, and customer communication. • Support training, and printer setup, When there are no service calls. • Work with the service team to cover other territories when a technician is unavailable. • Provide professional customer service and technical support to end users.We offerAdvancement opportunities, ongoing technical development, and a strong team culture focused on supporting each other and delivering exceptional customer service.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000 – $62,000 / yearBenefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, PTOTerritory: San Fernando Valley (must commute within Los Angeles / Ventura)
