We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and secure transaction management.SummaryWe are seeking an Escrow Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 12 people handling residential and multi-family commercial sales, and refinance escrows, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing outstanding service to our clients. Your expertise will play a vital role in facilitating smooth transactions. A book of business is not required, but would be a plus. Previous escrow management experience is a plus. Responsibilities• Manage all aspects of escrow operations, including trust accounting oversight.• Review and prepare escrow documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.• Communicate promptly and effectively with staff, clients, agents and lenders, throughout the escrow process.• Conduct thorough audits of escrow files to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, to train staff.Requirements• 10+ years experience as an Escrow Officer handling sale transactions. Familiarity with commercial sales (apartment units) would be a plus.• Proficiency with RBJ software is required.
