ESG Analyst

We are looking for ESG Analyst who will join our Team supporting one of the biggest investment banks. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain excel models to evaluate fund ownership for Global companies' sectors and regions. Perform stringent data quality checks on third party ESG data using financial databases and company filings. Create, update, and maintain comprehensive Excel databases on ESG data. Help the team run back tests of ESG related strategies. Contribute to research report writing and summarizing peer research for any thematic topics mostly related to investment strategy for ESG investors. Assist the team in analyzing macro level ESG trends to write thematic reports.Skills required:1+ years of experience in top-down macro-research with an interest in working on ESG domain. Advanced level MS Excel skills and report writing experience.Skill Experience with VBA macros. Working experience using Python and its libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib. Preferably experience with Bloomberg, DataStream-Eikon, or other similar financial databases. Basic finance knowledge around valuations and financial ratios. Good English proficiency.
