Our first beta product introduces AI-powered ESG reporting and GHG calculations through intelligent sustainability agents.Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a passionate and driven ESG Consultant — an early-career professional who blends deep ESG expertise with customer engagement and presales capability. You’ll work at the intersection of sustainability and technology, helping us refine our product, guide our customers, and shape the future of AI for ESG.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to gather ESG and sustainability requirements for pilot implementationsProvide expert input on ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, etc.) and GHG accounting standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi)Support presales and customer interactions — demos, discovery sessions, and sustainability storytellingTest and provide feedback on the Fusion Minds ESG Agent, contributing to feature design, usability, and roadmap prioritiesAssist in implementing ESG reporting and GHG data workflows during pilots and production rolloutsDevelop customer documentation, insights reports, and ESG templatesCollaborate closely with the Product and AI teams to translate sustainability logic into agentic workflowsQualifications4–8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or corporate reportingUnderstanding of GHG accounting, ESG standards, and sustainability data managementStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsComfort engaging with customers, partners, and internal product teamsCuriosity about AI, automation, and the future of sustainable technologyBachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)Why Join Fusion MindsBe part of a purpose-driven startup redefining sustainability through AIShape the roadmap of a first-of-its-kind ESG AI AgentWork closely with sustainability leaders and innovatorsFlexible, hybrid work setup and exposure to global sustainability challenges
