ESL Instructor

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and qualified ESL (English as a Second Language) Instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, can create an engaging learning environment, and is committed to helping students develop strong English communication skills.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet curriculum standardsTeach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills to learners of different levelsPrepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assessments, and learning materialsMonitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedbackMaintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessmentsCreate a positive and motivating classroom environmentUse different teaching methods and technologies to increase student engagementParticipate in training sessions, meetings, and continuous professional developmentCommunicate professionally with students, parents, and academic managers when neededEnsure classroom discipline and follow the institution’s policiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related fieldTEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (preferred)Excellent command of spoken and written EnglishPrevious teaching experience (1 year preferred)Strong classroom management skillsAbility to work with learners of different ages and proficiency levelsProfessional attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills
