The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing property listings, showing properties, negotiating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. QualificationsProficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding market trends and property valuation.Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build trustful relationships and deliver client-centered solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in New Cairo and manage client expectations professionally.Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
