The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, maintaining an updated knowledge of real estate regulations, and effectively negotiating deals. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining positive customer relationships and providing high-quality customer service throughout the property transaction process.QualificationsStrong skills in Consulting and Real Estate operationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilitiesExperience and expertise in Sales within the real estate sector 6 months to 2 yearsProficiency in negotiation and problem-solvingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentProficiency in using property management and CRM tools is a plusFamiliarity with local real estate markets and regulations in GizaRelevant certifications or a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous
