Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Leasing Specialist will manage the leasing process, including showing properties to prospective residents, executing lease agreements, and effectively marketing available units. Additional responsibilities include handling resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships. The role will require adept multitasking, assisting with lease administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in Lease Administration, including managing leasing documents and overseeing lease compliance.Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain relationships with clients and residents.Experience in Resident Retention and the ability to address tenant inquiries and needs efficiently.Knowledge of Leases and associated business processes.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.Proficiency in office productivity software and property management systems is desirable.
