Responsabilities:Supervise and coordinate the execution of the production plan, ensuring compliance with volumes, times, and quality standards.Monitor performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, yield, scrap, plan compliance).Ensure traceability and control of materials, batches, and production records.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work orders.Actively participate in internal and external audits, as well as in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Review and approve production records, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and document compliance.Implement improvements focused on productivity, waste reduction, and resource efficiency.Develop and maintain the balance of production lines and maximize resource utilization.Design, evaluate, and optimize plant layout, ensuring efficient, ergonomic flows that comply with regulatory standards.Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke).Ensure that operational personnel are trained and qualified for their assigned tasks.Coordinate and validate technical training programs, new processes, or documented changes.Promote a culture of safety, quality, discipline, and continuous improvement.Participate in new product or process transfer projects.Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent,3+ years of experience in a demanding high-volume or low-volume, high-mix production environment.Knowledge of medical devices or similar quality and manufacturing systems is essential.Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks, Minitab, Project Ms, and advanced Excel.Working knowledge of sigma and/or lean engineering principles with a proven track record in use and delivery of results.Statistical knowledge, including data analysis and use of statistical software (JMP, Minitab, etc.).Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt certification preferred.
