Job Title: Telecom Construction Coordinator Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: Long-term ContractOur client, a National Telecommunications Provider, is looking to add a Construction Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA. The construction coordinator is responsible for the job creation workflow, milestone management of construction projects, and the administrative quality control of jobs. Capital construction project management. Duties include:

Manage and track MilestonesCreate jobs in JT/PolarisIssue Jobs to designManage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/PolarisHandle exceptions to the life cycle SLAsReconcile jobs (office)Liaise with StakeholdersPoint of contact for all internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and salesProvide reporting for next-level managementIdentify ResourcesCreate and approve the funding requestMaterial management and reconciliationResearch contracts and agreementsManage funding request/purchase orderResponsible for job estimate(finance)Manage and Analyze Quality control FlowManage quality control workflowValidate that the field quality control is performedPull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reportsInteract with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closedConduct admin and Milestone Quality ControlFollow the admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footage)Validate permit is closedThe final invoice milestone is setEnsure all milestones are updatedClose jobs Requirements:

5-8 years of Construction Coordination Experience Strong Time Management Skills Fiber and/or Coax experience is a must .
