Key ResponsibilitieSource, screen, and submit candidates for US-based contract and full-time rolesWork with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etcCoordinate with clients and MSPs to understand job requirementMaintain submission reports, candidate pipelines, and ATS updatesConduct initial screenings and ensure candidate complianceWork in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentRequirement1–5 years of US recruitment experience (IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare domaiStrong communication skills in EngliExperience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 candidate. Familiarity with US time zones, hiring process.
