Estate Manager - Real Estate SectorOur client in the Real Estate sector is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious residential estate. This key leadership position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, maintain the estate’s long-term value, and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. The successful candidate will manage all on-site activities, from security and maintenance to compliance and financial performance, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic and operational leadership across all estate functions, including security, maintenance, landscaping, and facilities management.Ensure the estate’s infrastructure and services are maintained to the highest standards, enhancing the quality of life for residents.Oversee the financial health of the estate, including budget preparation, management, and reporting.Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and governance requirements, including HOA and CSOS frameworks.Lead and manage staff, contractors, and service providers to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective services.Act as the primary liaison between the Board, residents, and operational teams, promoting transparent communication and positive engagement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and long-term strategic planning to preserve and enhance the estate’s reputation and value.Experience:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Estate or Property Management role, ideally within a large residential or high-end estate.Proven track record in managing complex operations, including facilities, landscaping, security, and maintenance functions.Strong financial management experience, with the ability to prepare and oversee annual budgets.Previous experience liaising with Boards or Homeowners Associations is essential.Exposure to Hospitality or Retail Management environments will be advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage staff and multiple service-level agreements effectively.Educational Requirements:A Post Matric qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.Additional certifications in Project Management, OHS, or Financial Management will be advantageous.This role is best suited to a dynamic and hands-on professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
