The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, interior fit-out and joinery projects. Only candidates with minimum 5 years prior Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply. ResponsibilitiesReview of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of workPreparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior-Fit Out, Civil & Joinery ProjectsTaking-off quantities from CAD drawingsCost estimation for Civil, Joinery and other Fit Out related works including preparation of detailed cost build-upsObtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projectsPost contract cost and contract managementProject Coordination QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Civil Engineering DiplomaGood AutoCAD and Microsoft Office SkillsMinimum 5 years UAE and joinery estimation experience is mandatory
