Procurement & Estimator – Crosbie Group Building Engineering, DublinCrosbie Group is a fast-growing building engineering company specialising in refrigeration, air conditioning, and energy-efficient HVAC systems across Ireland.We’re now looking for a Procurement & Estimator to join our team someone who’s proactive, detail-driven, and ready to take full control of purchasing, tender estimation, and cost management across our business.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for ensuring our projects, service, and maintenance operations are supported with the right materials, at the right time, and at the right cost while also driving accuracy and profitability in our tendering and estimation processes.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires ownership, precision, and strong commercial awareness.Key Responsibilities • Manage and control day-to-day procurement for all departments (projects, service, and maintenance). • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing, lead times, and quality. • Maintain and update price lists, preferred supplier databases, and purchase order tracking systems. • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates and take-offs offer value engineering opportunitues. • Work closely with the project, service, and site teams to build accurate tender proposals and budgets. • Control and analyse project costs, monitoring margins and reporting variances. • Support the commercial team in value engineering and cost optimisation. • Liaise with accounts to ensure POs and invoices match budgets and supplier agreements. • Implement and improve procurement and estimation procedures in line with our company playbook.Requirements • Experience in HVAC / Refrigeration / Mechanical Building Services (preferred). • Strong background in procurement, estimating, or quantity surveying. • Proficiency in reading drawings and preparing quantities / take-offs. • Excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills. • Confident with Excel, procurement software, and estimating tools. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on cost control, efficiency, and accountability.Why Join UsAt Crosbie Group, we don’t compete — we dominate.You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of sustainable building engineering in Ireland.We believe in ownership, systems, and continuous improvement.
