Spazio’s expertise spans diverse client needs, contributing to its strong reputation in the design and build sector.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.Proficiency in cost control and cost management practicesExperience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reportingStrong skills in cost planning and financial analysis for construction projectsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to read and understand technical drawingsProficiency in relevant software/tools for cost estimation and project management A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
