We are committed to providing customers a seamless, safe, and efficient service.We are now preparing to launch our first online pharmacy in Dubai and are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations and bring this vision to life.Role OverviewWe are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist in Dubai to join our newly formed online pharmacy subsidiary Médetone as the PIC. You will lead and manage the pharmacy licensing application process, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a key role in day-to-day operations once licensed.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, cross-border healthcare venture focused on innovation and patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and represent the company in the New York Board of Pharmacy application processEnsure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulationsManage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and patient safety protocolsCollaborate with founders and advisors on building the operational frameworkOversee quality assurance, audits, and online prescription fulfilment standardsProvide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients once operations beginRequirementsActive Dubai Pharmacist LicensePrevious experience as a PIC and a strong understanding of Dubai Board of Pharmacy requirementsExperience setting up a pharmacy is desirable Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsComfortable working in a online pharmacy set-upMust be authorized to work in DubaiBenefitsWhy Work With Us?At Médetone, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
