Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Position based in Thailand with primary responsibility to support designated Zuellig Pharma business units’ in upholding the overall Compliance Program in Thailand which includes but not limited to:Implementing and maintaining Corporate Compliance policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations within these BUs,Driving awareness of all Compliance-related policies and procedures within all BUs in Thailand.Performing and oversight in Compliance monitoring activities with in all BUs in Thailand.Managing of Speak Up cases, including conducting end to end investigations.Support compliance risk assessments and monitor management risk mitigation plans in the Designated Region.Partner with respective functions such as Legal, Internal Control, Medical Affairs, HR and other functions as necessary in overseeing, reporting and remediating compliance-related issues in the designated business units.Support regional Third-Party Management program and manage the third-party programs within the designated region. Work closely with other functions on third party due diligence investigation reviews. Provide trainings and technical support to local third-party management.Through ongoing training and communication, ensure employees in the designated business units are aware of i) new policies, programs, and procedures, ii) their responsibilities in identifying risks and escalating compliance concerns/questions in the right way and good faith.When applicable, lead to participate in regional compliance initiatives, where project management and presentation skill are needed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting/ Law, Compliance certification(s) is a plus.Minimum of 4-6 years of solid country Compliance experience, experience in healthcare and relevant industry will be an added advantage. Overall working experience 15 years and above.Experience in implementing and maintaining corporate/regional Compliance programs within the countries of responsibility market - including Code of Conduct, the Anti-Corruption, Gift & Entertainment, Third Party Anti-Corruption Due Diligence and ZP Healthcare GuideExperience and familiarity with local pharmaceutical codes of ethics and practices on sales & marketing activities with HCPs within Thailand is preferred.Be able to interact with all levels of staff, including senior management team.Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environmentGood analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be willing to be hands-on and “get their hands dirty” to work anddrive Compliance initiatives across the BUsCompetent with MS Office ApplicationsExcellent oral and written English and capable of making effective presentations.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, and able to work independently under tight schedule.Passionate in supporting the organization’s commitment to a strong ethics & compliance culture.Be able to uphold high ethical standards with courage always.Some business-related travel required within the region.
