Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Legal Advisor. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.Job ResponsibilitiesOffer guidance on various commercial issues and support a broad spectrum of legal activities for all affiliates, focusing on international affiliates.Draft, review, and amend both simple and complex contracts, along with other legal documents for both domestic and international affiliates.Governing and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders focusing international affiliates.Provide timely and practical strategic advice, ensuring effective support for all affiliates concerning laws and regulations.Manage legal projects as directed by the company.Perform any necessary legal services or tasks such as research, document control, and contract management.Develop and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements.Experience requirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in law.5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel in a business setting.Notarial certificate would be advantages.Proficiency in Business English, with experience in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts in English.Knowledge of business-related laws and regulations, including company, corporate, Foreign Business Act, labor and employment laws, PDPA, and general business laws.Experience in providing legal advice on international transactions.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.TOA PAINT (THAILAND) PCL.Please send resume to E-mail: Songkrod_s@toagroup.com Mobile Phone:
