Job DescriptionAct as a gatekeeper and uphold all Ethic & Integrity related policies, including but not limited to conflict of interest, anti-fraud, anti-corruption & bribery, employee negligence & confidentialityPromote awareness amongst stakeholders on the company values, standards, policies and procedures related to ethicsIdentify Ethics & Integrity risks and vulnerability in policies, procedures and systemsBe the subject-matter expert on company policies and able to apply the principles to cases encountered in the roleLiaise with regional team to localize and implement Ethics & Integrity policies, that is aligned with local laws and regulationsConduct investigation for conflict of interest, cases of unethical behaviour, policies violation and recommend appropriate actionAssess annual & ad-hoc conflict of interest cases between employees & third-partyManage gift & entertainment declaration and the declared goodsPrepare periodic report for management for ethics-related casesOther ad-hoc projects as assignedRequirementsMinimum 2 years of working experience in People Policies / Industrial Relation / Employee Relation / ComplianceBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related fieldFluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken & writtenKnowledge of local Indonesia labor law and other related government policiesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsCritical thinking, able to derive conclusions from information givenStrong problem solving skills & investigation skills
