Experience Required: 2–3 YearsLocation: Hybrid/RemoteWork Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)Job Summary:We are looking for an ETL Operations Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Informatica to provide production support and monitoring for ETL processes and data pipelines. The role involves managing nightly data loads, resolving issues in real-time, and ensuring the successful completion of critical jobs. The candidate must be willing to work in a night shift environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage daily ETL batch runs and job schedules using Informatica Administrator or Developer.Analyze and resolve job failures, performance issues, and data load exceptions.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and assist in implementing permanent fixes.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all ETL loads and reporting systems.Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, escalation procedures, and incident logs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2–3 years of experience in ETL production support using Informatica PowerCenter.Strong understanding of ETL workflows, job scheduling, and data flow dependencies.Experience with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting for job monitoring and log analysis.Basic knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills and willingness to work night shifts.Shift Details:Mandatory Night Shift: [Specify time, e.g., 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM PST]Flexibility to work in different shifts, for e.g. Morning Shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST)
