Truck Dispatcher

Location: Model Town, LahoreJob Type: Full-Time, OnsiteWorking Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)Key Responsibilities:Schedule, coordinate, and monitor freight shipments and truck routes.Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.Track and update load status using dispatch software.Handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve delivery issues.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and driver logs.Coordinate with carriers and brokers to secure loads when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.Maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience as a Truck Dispatcher in a US-based logistics or trucking company (preferred).Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple tasks under pressure.Strong knowledge of US geography and trucking routes is a plus.Proficiency with dispatch and tracking software (e.g., TruckSpy, AscendTMS, Load boards).
