Operations Director (MEP)The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our client's senior management team. You will lead the company's day-to-day business operations (managing budgets, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing operational issues as they arise).ResponsibilitiesMeasure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, management, etc.)Determine the company's strategic growth as part of the executive teamCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTen years of MEP experience within a Tier 1 settingFlexible regarding travel throughout IrelandMust be experienced within the Data Centre or Pharmaceutical space
