Assistant Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers in daily legal work, including drafting legal documents and contractsConduct legal research and support analysis of legislation and case lawCommunicate with clients under lawyer supervisionReview and analyze client-provided documentation and financial recordsEnsure compliance with AML regulations and internal due diligence proceduresMaintain and organize legal files and documentationSupport litigation processes (claims, appeals, court applications)Participate in internal legal initiativesRequirements:
