Sustainability Reporting Projects Manager

Sustainability Reporting Projects Manager will support ERG primarily through the coordination of Group Sustainability review project, as well as relevant stakeholder engagement and analysis. Responsibilities: Project management, including planning / scheduling, contracting, coordination of project participants, including external service providers, regular reporting on project status, timely escalation of any issues, etc. ;Coordination of and preparation of contributions to corporate materiality assessment, including relevant stakeholder engagement;Content management, including information / data collection and interviewing, integration of feedbacks from Information owners, checks and editing as required, etc.

;Coordination of validation and / or support of external assurance processes;Coordination of approval processes, including the preparation of required materials and presentations;Preparation and / or review of sustainability disclosures into annual reports of ERG companies;Preparation of materials / responses to sustainability / ESG external requests, as well completion of relevant questionnaires;Control over compliance with relevant internal and external sustainability / ESG reporting requirements;Develop procedures and guidelines related to sustainability reporting;Conduct targeted research and benchmarks;Contribute to CSRD ESRS reporting workstreams as required. Astana, KazakhstanBachelor’s degree, Master’s is a plusAt least 5 years of experience as part of sustainability, or sustainability reporting department, or projects (BIG 4 experience is highly desirable)At least 3 years of experience in successful management of large-scale organizational projects in international consulting or industry-specific firmSolid knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworksStrong ability to manage, analyze and systematize large sets of data / information as well as attention to detailStrong analytical and numerical skills, including solid use of ExcelEnglish and Russian written and verbal proficiency is a mustExperience in metals and mining sector is a plus
