Job informationDivision/Unit: UEFA Events SA/ HospitalityContract type: Max-termLocation: Nyon (WFH up to one day per week)Start date: asapEnd date: 31.07.2028Application deadline: 16.03.2026Main goalWorking closely with the Concessions & Catering Manager, the Concessions & Catering Coordinator will contribute to the planning and operational implementation of all non-hospitality catering services delivered within the nine host stadiums of UEFA EURO 2028 in the UK and Ireland. These services include workforce catering, teams and match officials catering, media cafe services and F&B concessions.In addition, as part of the wider hospitality production team, the Concessions & Catering Coordinator will support the delivery of catering services for selected annual UEFA club competition finals and the UEFA Nations League finals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the development of concession and catering service guidelinesParticipating in working visits to stadiums and providing detailed reportsEvaluating existing concessions and stadium catering facilities and identifying areas of improvementManaging contracted suppliers to ensure delivery of all agreed servicesCoordinating with F&B commercial partners to ensure delivery of their contractual rightsHandling project administration – processing contracts, invoicing, reportingCreating training materials and delivering training sessions to on-site teamsLeading a cluster of on-site concessions and catering teams during the tournament to ensure successful implementation of all catering programmesLeading the planning and delivery of catering programmes for selected club competition finals and UEFA Nations League finals RequirementsExperience:from 4 to 6 years of experience planning and delivering catering projects at large-scale eventsfrom 4 to 6 years of experience managing event teams, suppliers and volunteers at large-scale eventsfrom 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage concessions industry at football stadiums is an assetLanguages:English / proficientOther requirements:Relocation to Switzerland/France is expectedMS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) Well organised, self-driven and proactiveWilling to travelWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
