Job Description

Operations Associate -Monitor revenue, session data, utilization, site comparisons, and discounts.-Prepare monthly performance reports extracted from the admin app dashboard. The person hired will manage the user account and track live data on the platform.-Collect, filter, and submit quarterly data to accounting on 23 charging sitesCustomer Service -Support Consumers through multi-channel communications-Support App queries, charging issues and hotline support
