Job Description

Perform EV Diagnostics – Conduct advanced diagnostics on electric drivetrains, battery systems, inverters, and high-voltage components.High-Voltage System Repairs – Safely inspect, repair, and replace HV batteries, wiring, converters, onboard chargers, and cooling systems.Routine EV Maintenance – Carry out scheduled maintenance such as software updates, brake checks, coolant replacement, and system calibrations.Safety Compliance – Follow strict high-voltage safety protocols, PPE usage, isolation procedures, and manufacturer EV safety standards.Battery Health Assessments – Perform state-of-health (SOH) tests, thermal management checks, and prepare battery reports for warranty or service.Software & OTA Update Management – Update vehicle firmware, diagnose software-related issues, and support connectivity troubleshooting.Charging System Diagnostics – Inspect and repair onboard chargers, charging ports, DC fast charging issues, and communication errors.Technical Documentation – Maintain accurate job cards, diagnostic reports, and warranty documentation for EV repairs.Workshop Coordination – Work closely with service advisors and technical managers to identify issues, estimate repairs, and ensure timely job completion.Continuous Learning – Stay updated with OEM EV certifications, new technologies, safety procedures, and EV repair best practices.
