Job Responsibilities:Manage event operations and coordinate country/council allocation for international conferences.Handle communication with delegates (by email), including follow-ups, email blasts, and distribution of official documents/emails.Maintain and update data sheets for delegate and country allocation, ensuring accuracy across all offline events.Provide administrative support such as issuing permission for schools, universities, and invitation letters for visa purposes. Registrant selections data for all running event.Blasting email results for all running event (by system).Blasting email payment reminder for all running event (by system).Blasting special email requests for events and promotion purposes (by system).Blasting whatsapp payment reminder for all running event (by system).Blasting whatsapp payment reminder for events and promotion purposes (by system).Requirements:Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong coordination skills for handling delegate allocations, data management, and communication flow.Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs).Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets are a must.Comfortable using web-based admin systems and email blasting tools.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.Skilled in written and spoken English are a plus.
