Job Description
The Event and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing strategic event marketing initiatives that support business goals, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement. This role involves managing end-to-end event execution, supporting broader product marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to lead successful events and contribute to overall marketing performance.Main duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement.Support general product marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, development of promotional materials, cross-functional coordination, and contributing to strategies that drive product awareness, engagement and sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, content, and promotions.Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives attendanceLeverage social media and other digital channels to promote events and engage with attendees.Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.Manage and mentor an external team of event marketing professionals to ensure high-quality execution and professional development.Key requirements3–5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a corporate or agency settingProven track record of organizing successful events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, product launches, internal events)Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teamsBudget management experience, including cost estimation, tracking, and reportingProficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), CRM systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)Familiarity with digital and hybrid event formats and related technologies (e.g., streaming platforms, virtual event tools)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefitsIdeally experience in tools such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as neededYour Location:Poland - KrakowDiversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)We are an inclusive employer that welcomes all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
