We craft celebrations that are personal, elevated, and unforgettable, and we’re looking for an Event & Project Manager who shares our passion for creating experiences that linger in memory.What You’ll DoLead the full planning and logistics process for each wedding — from timeline creation to supplier management and on-the-day execution.Translate the design brief into a comprehensive plan, detailing floor plans, production schedules, and supplier coordination to ensure every creative concept is flawlessly realised.Think ahead for the Creative Director — anticipating needs, preparing information, and supporting the design vision with structure and foresight.Collaborate closely with planners, stylists, and creative partners to bring each design narrative to life.Oversee setup and pack-down, ensuring every layer of design is executed to the highest standard.Be the trusted point of contact for clients and suppliers, offering clarity, confidence, and calm direction.Manage budgets and logistics with care, foresight, and discretion.Anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently and gracefully.Create an atmosphere of ease and hospitality for guests, vendors, and team members alike.Who You AreYou have 3+ years’ experience in event or wedding management, with a natural eye for design and detail.Highly organised yet intuitive, balancing creative vision with logistical precision.A confident communicator and leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Proactive and forward-thinking — able to anticipate decisions and prepare what’s needed before being asked.Passionate about creating experiences that feel personal, elevated, and memorable.Comfortable working weekends and evenings as required.Why You’ll Love This RoleAt Ruffles & Bells, your role goes beyond managing timelines — you’ll help create the conditions for creativity to flourish.
