We’re working with a well-established, independently owned hospitality group to recruit a commercially focused Sales & Events Lead. This role suits a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering high-quality events across corporate, private and leisure markets.What you’ll doLead sales activity for accommodation and events, developing strategies to grow revenue across domestic and international channels.Source and convert new business: corporate accounts, agencies and event organisers.Manage the full event lifecycle from enquiry to post-event review, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.Liaise with internal teams to coordinate logistics, catering and guest services.Produce proposals, manage budgets, negotiate contracts and oversee invoicing and deposits.Track and report on pipeline, bookings and financial performance.Use CRM/booking systems and online channels to drive visibility and reservations.Provide occasional front-line event support as required.Who we’re looking forAt least 2 years’ experience in hospitality sales/events or similar.Demonstrable success in hitting sales targets and growing accounts.Comfortable engaging with corporate clients, agencies, and tour/booking partners.Organised, confident communicator and a natural relationship builder.Familiarity with online distribution channels, OTAs and basic analytics.Proficient with MS Office and common booking/CRM tools.What’s includedPermanent, on-site role with structured hours and occasional event work.Competitive base salary and performance incentives.Professional development and career progression.
