Because, to us, packaging is about much more than a box, it’s about delivering what’s right, for our customers, for their customers and our planet.About The RolePacksize is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our event marketing initiatives across Europe and beyond.This role is ideal for a hands-on, highly organized professional who thrives on bringing complex event programs to life, from strategy to on-site execution. You’ll play a key role in showcasing Packsize’s innovation and sustainability story, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through impactful tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.This position reports to the European Marketing Director and works closely with our global marketing, sales, and product teams.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage an annual tradeshow and event calendar aligned with Packsize’s business and marketing goalsIdentify and evaluate event opportunities that reach target markets and support growth initiativesPartner with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with pipeline and brand objectivesLead the end-to-end execution of tradeshows and events, from booth design and logistics to vendor management and on-site deliveryManage budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality executionCollaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to deliver a consistent and engaging event experienceEnsure all event activities reflect Packsize’s brand identity and sustainability messageDrive pre-, during-, and post-event marketing efforts to maximize engagement and lead generationMeasure event performance, analyze ROI, and provide insights to continuously improve outcomesWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience managing trade shows or B2B events (preferably in manufacturing or industrial markets)Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.Fluent in English, both written and spokenProven project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally and internationallyExperience with event management tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation systemsCreative problem-solver with attention to detail and a passion for exceptional event experiencesNice to have Proficiency in other European languagesExperience working in an international or multicultural environment, coordinating across regions and time zonesBackground in a fast-growing or scale-up company, comfortable with agility and evolving prioritiesPacksize is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its workforce.
