So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.JOIN US!WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Minimum of 2-5 years hands-on events management experienceFluent English language, min C1 (including business English)Excellent analytical skills / data analysis for requirements of the events work & deliverablesExcellent leadership skills, flexibility / adaptability and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels; including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge and influence across various management levels within PMIA self-starter who is comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple events are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized; independent and proactiveStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including storytelling and change managementContinuous improvement mindset and proactive approachVendor management skillsBudgeting and financial management skills to ensure events are cost-effective and within budgetDigital Marketing Skills as an asset: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools can help in promoting events effectively and reaching a wider audienceWHAT WE OFFER YOU?Private medical and dental care, life insuranceLunch cardHybrid model of work (40% of working in the office and 60% of working from home/month) and flexible working arrangementsEmployee pension planMultisport programCafeteria programWide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibilityFree bike and car parking for all employeesHOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?Planning and Strategy - maintains key stakeholder relationships throughout the event lifecycle and defines the event’s purpose, goals, and target audience, develops a detailed event plan and timeline, creates and manages budgetsSupplier Contracting - selects the most suitable suppliers from the provided alternatives, initiates and manages the Purchase Order process, ensures adherence to all relevant guidelines and key practicesContent Management - oversees agenda management and content creation, designs promotional strategies including social media, email campaigns, and press releases, and manages event branding and materialsRegistration and Guest Management - prepares attendee lists, badges, and collects dietary restrictions, issues invitation letters for VISA application purposes, and handles RSVPs and guest communicationsOn-Site Management (Optional) - coordinates with the events agency, oversees the agenda, and troubleshoots issues in real-time to ensure smooth executionPost-Event Activities - manages follow-up communications and thank-you notes, reconciles costs, and performs Goods Receipt (GR) on supplier’s Purchase Orders (PO)In addition, if Events center of Excellence is not involved due to the lower threshold, Events Organizer would be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution and implementing events; managing the events’ teams / assigned project streams;planning long-range to develop events master plan; and ensuring the performance of services by third parties is according to the rules of security, legal requirements and proceduresPlease note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.Each person who sends the application will receive information about its status.Key Things To Know Before You ApplyIf you have been in your current job for less than 12 months or if you are on a Performance Improvement Program, you must get the approval of your current manager before applying for the job.PMI temporary and permanent employees who are employed and paid directly by PMI are eligible to apply for jobs posted on the Internal Careers Portal.
