From strategy to site, you’ll oversee planning, budgeting, and on-the-ground execution, turning ideas into unforgettable realities.This is a hands-on, fast-paced, client-facing role for someone who’s ambitious, organised, and thrives on bringing extraordinary ideas to life.Key Responsibilities Project ManagementLead end-to-end production of high-profile events - from briefing to delivery.Develop strategic creative and logistical plans to achieve client objectives.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines with precision.Oversee suppliers, venues, and logistics, ensuring flawless execution.Be on-site for event delivery across the UK and internationally.Conduct post-event evaluations and share learnings for continuous improvement. Creative PlanningPartner with our creative team to develop innovative ideas and proposals.Support pitches and presentations that excite and win new business.Contribute fresh thinking and trend-led concepts to elevate our activations. Financial & Commercial ManagementOwn project budgets and ensure profitability across events.Manage quotes, invoices, and reconciliations.Identify efficiencies and opportunities for added value.Earn commission for every new client or event you bring into the business.Client & Partner RelationsBuild strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.Represent Rolling Minds with energy, professionalism, and creativity at all times.About YouYou are:Experienced: 2–4 years’ experience in event production, experiential marketing, or agency-side project management ideally within an event agency.
