Event Sales Manager – Talent Cloud Events (UAE)📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 13,000 per month (depending on experience) + 15% commission on profit of events sold by you.Talent Cloud Events is hiring an Event Sales Manager with strong UAE event industry experience. We’re looking for someone independent, well-connected, and confident in generating their own leads — not someone who relies on inbound clients.If you have experience selling activation stands, exhibition booths, corporate branding, staffing, or artist management services, this is your opportunity!Key Responsibilities:Generate your own leads and build lasting client relationships within the UAE events market.Sell event activations, exhibition stands, corporate meetings, and staffing solutions.Identify client requirements and close deals for event staffing, artists, and production support.Manage your sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of UAE event sales experience.Proven ability to generate and close your own leads.Strong network within the UAE and marketing industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.What We Offer:Salary: AED 6,000 – 13,000 (based on experience).15% commission on profit of events sold by you.High-performance incentives and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work with major brands and high-profile events.Supportive and fast-paced team environment.🚨 Note: Only candidates with UAE event industry experience and proven sales ability will be considered.
