Job Description

Immediate start | Part time role 3 days per weekFriday will be a core day 3-5 month role, potential to become a permanent role $35 - $38 per hour + Super Fully onsite role - 9am - 5pmLocated in Chatswood, NSW, 2067This role will report into the Conference & Events Officer, and will work closely with her to support the prepare for various events and related activities for 2026. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support across all aspects of event planning and executionCoordinate speaker logistics including invitations, confirmations, and session details to ensure smooth event deliveryManage CPD certification processes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to attendeesDeliver exceptional customer service, for event-related inquiries and supportSource and liaise with venues and suppliers, obtaining quotes and assisting with contract arrangementsSupport budget tracking and management, helping to ensure events are delivered within financial parametersTo be successful you will have: Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills across all levelsFlexibility and responsiveness to short lead times and urgent tasksUnderstanding of privacy policies and regulations across all communication channels (calls, emails, databases/files)Experience with Canva and IMIS EMS is desirable but not essential
