Location: Brussels (Hybrid: mostly on-site with up to 2 days/week remote)Duration: 3–6 months (preference: 6 months)Framework: Erasmus+ or similar university-funded mobility programme (mandatory)⚠️ Eligibility: This internship is only open to students eligible for a university-funded mobility or training programme (Erasmus+, Eurodyssey, or similar). You will work closely with the team to help coordinate events, manage project communications, support documentation, and assist with day-to-day project tasks in a dynamic European environment.Your ResponsibilitiesProject & Event SupportAssist with the coordination of two project conferences in Brussels.Manage participant communication and registrations.Communications & ContentHelp create and schedule content for websites, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Track communication KPIs.Translate project materials from English to French.Documentation & ReportingHelp draft project reports, deliverables, and internal documents.Follow pilot training activities and monitor student participation.What You Will GainHands-on experience working on EU-funded projects.Practical skills in project coordination, event organisation, and European stakeholder communication.Experience producing content and supporting branding across multiple digital channels.Insight into the functioning and reporting requirements of EU programmes.A supportive environment to grow your organisational, communication, and intercultural skills.Compensation:Unpaid.
