We protect work–life balance through smart planning and a supportive environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Events Executive (5+ years) to support the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including: major conferences, gala dinners, regional roadshows, executive programs, incentives, brand activations. You will work directly under a Project Director and the General Manager, with ongoing coaching, development, and support to help you grow within the business.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & CoordinationCoordinate end-to-end event delivery across Australia and APACDevelop project plans, run sheets, timelines, and schedulesCoordinate logistics: venues, AV, catering, travel, accommodation, and suppliersSupport delegate management and registration systemsPortfolio Events & Large Scale DeliveryWork across multiple events throughout the yearAssist in delivering high-volume, multi-city and multi-day programsSupport flagship conferences and premium brand activationsOpportunity for interstate and APAC travelSupplier & Venue ManagementSource, brief, and manage suppliers across AU & APACOversee quotes, bookings, negotiations, and timelinesCoordinate venue setups, production requirements, and F&BMaintain strong relationships with hotels and production partnersClient Communication & SupportSupport WIP meetings and client updatesPrepare agendas, notes, recaps, and briefing documentsAssist with event decks and artwork matricesMaintain professional and responsive communicationProduction & Creative CoordinationCoordinate signage, branding, staging, and production schedulesWork with internal designers and external creative teamsSupport exhibitor and sponsor deliverablesEnsure timely delivery of event assetsOnsite Event OperationsAssist with bump-in/bump-out, registration, speaker prep, and attendee flowSupport production teams and technical partnersEnsure VEI delivery standards and attention to detailProject AdministrationMaintain Asana boards, cost trackers, and project documentationSupport PO requests, supplier invoices, and reconciliationPrepare event specs, schedules, and compliance documentsAssist with post-event reportingIdeal Profile5+ years’ experience in event coordination or event managementExperience delivering corporate/B2B events and large-scale programsStrong supplier and venue knowledgeExceptional organisational and communication skillsCalm under pressure and confident juggling multiple projectsKnowledge of budgeting, quotes, and vendor costingExperience with tools such as Asana, Cvent, Excel, CanvaPersonal AttributesPassionate about delivering exceptional event experiencesHands-on, proactive, and solutions-drivenProfessional, polished, and reliableCollaborative team playerThrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCommitted to growth and continuous developmentWhy Join Verve?Fast-growing agency with clear progression pathwaysWork across a diverse portfolio of premium eventsExposure to prestigious global brandsOpportunity to travel across APACCoaching and support from the Project Director and General ManagerHybrid and flexible work environmentSupportive, high-performance team culture
