Events & Partnership ManagerReports to: Chief Marketing OfficerLocation: Manilla Type: Full-Time About PopAIPopAI is a global applied-AI company delivering agentic, human-in-the-loop solutions that generate measurable P&L impact for enterprises and BPOs. Our flagship platforms — Agentics, Opera, and PopApps — combine intelligent automation with operational insights, enabling clients to modernize workflows, optimize margins, and scale strategically.As PopAI expands globally, we’re now looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to drive our visibility, credibility, and engagement across key markets. This person will lead PopAI’s presence at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings — and help position our leadership team as trusted thought leaders within the AI and BPO ecosystem.Role OverviewThe Events & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing PopAI’s events strategy globally. This includes everything from large-scale industry conferences and trade shows to boutique roundtables, investor dinners, and networking receptions. The role also encompasses developing partnerships with event organisers, trade associations, and media platforms to amplify PopAI’s brand presence and secure speaking opportunities for our executives.You will work closely with the CMO, business development, and communications teams to ensure every event supports our broader marketing, sales, and corporate strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a 12-month events calendar aligned with PopAI’s strategic priorities and product go-to-market plans.Identify high-impact industry conferences, AI and BPO summits, and regional trade events for participation and sponsorship.Evaluate which events PopAI should attend, speak at, host, or co-host, based on target audience and ROI.Event Execution & ManagementOversee all aspects of event participation, including logistics, registration, collateral preparation, booth/exhibit management, and post-event reporting.Coordinate briefing materials, talking points, and slide decks for PopAI executives attending or speaking at events.Manage relationships with venues, production agencies, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.Plan and deliver PopAI-hosted events such as investor lunches, networking dinners, thought leadership roundtables, and press briefings.Partnerships & External RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with conference organisers, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and key ecosystem partners.Secure panel slots, keynote opportunities, and award nominations for PopAI’s leadership team at relevant events.Identify collaboration opportunities (e.g., co-hosted events, sponsored panels, or content partnerships) that raise brand awareness.Marketing IntegrationCollaborate with the Product Marketing, PR, and Community teams to ensure event messaging aligns with our brand positioning and campaign themes.Work with design and product enablement teams to develop event collateral (brochures, displays, merchandise, and digital assets).Lead post-event analysis and follow-up, including tracking leads, media mentions, and engagement metrics.Budget & ReportingOwn the events and sponsorship budget; manage vendor contracts and cost negotiations.Track and report event ROI and qualitative impact on brand awareness, relationships, and sales pipeline.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or partnerships, ideally in the technology, AI, or BPO sectors.Proven success in planning and delivering corporate or industry events (from trade shows to executive dinners).Strong network within the technology, AI, or enterprise event ecosystem is an advantage.Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, global environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the external voice and visibility of one of the fastest-growing AI ventures in the region.Exposure to a global network of AI innovators, BPO leaders, and enterprise partners.A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and creativity are rewarded.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities as PopAI scales globally.To Apply:Please send your CV and a short cover letter to careers@popai.agency.
