The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the assigned territory and supporting Everllence globally. Define the target order intake, sales budget, fostering sales leads and providing design support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence. Can Offer You The Following TasksPromotion and sale of all Everllence engine power plants products to current and potential clients in the assigned territory Develop & maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new prospects Provide support in preparing market surveys, reports and updates to the Organisation e. g.
market intelligence and competitor activities Planning order intake for the specific market segments Cooperation with tendering and technical departments within the organization Calculation of quotes with in-house software tools Perform needed sales activities according to the given Directives / Guidelines of the Company and the segment Power. Identify customer needs and provide input for development of new products & services fulfilling those needs. Ensure customer inquiries/orders/complaints are promptly, satisfactorily handled. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or presentations, and emphasizes saleable features.
Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms as assigned and within the given directives/guidelines of the Company and the segment Power Lead the contract negotiation Can Help Us With These QualificationsBachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, power plant engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering or similar qualification ; MBA is a plus Detailed understanding of the power plants business, both on technical and commercial levels 5-10 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery Proven sales success in complex deals within the target market Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business Demonstrated ability to present and close proposals to position Everllence as the customers winning supplier Consistent track record of meeting sales targets Able to network and find out emerging opportunities in given market.
Good knowledge of plant construction, particularly in the power plant industry and in large diesel engines.
