Epyllion Group is looking for Executive - Planning, Monitoring & Control (Gazipur Textile Division)Job Description / ResponsibilityReceive and verify buyer bookings (via ERP) and ensure all details are accurate before order execution.Coordinate with R&D, Lab, and Merchandising teams for development, submission, and approval follow-up.Prepare and circulate monthly knitting, dyeing, and delivery plans aligned with T&A requirements.Monitor yarn in-house status, machine capacity, and production progress to maintain on time performance (OTT/OTD).Collaborate with production teams and merchants to resolve operational and technical challenges quickly.Prepare and update batch, dyeing, and production reports to track order execution and efficiency.Ensure fabric delivery plans and capacity forecasts are shared with related departmentsWork on process optimization to reduce wastage, save yarn, and utilize grey and finished fabric efficiently.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringSkills Required: Reporting, Planning and monitoring, Problem solving and decision making, Capacity Planning, Process optimizationExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):TextileAdditional RequirementsGood communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Job LocationGazipur
