Join us in the exciting world of connecting businesses with exceptional talent.Responsibilities:Research and approach potential clients locally and internationally.Convert leads into long-term clients through effective sales strategies.Achieve sales targets by securing new client agreements.Negotiate terms and ensure profitable partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand our client base.Requirements:2+ years of proven track record in sales and business development.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Demonstrated proficiency in successful cold calling strategies.Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.Fluency in English and Sinhala.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in building client relationships and networking.Location: Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka (8 AM to 5 PM)Work Type: Permanent (Onsite)
