About the roleWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can bring Plum’s voice to life across digital platforms. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and community building — where every post, reel, and reply strengthens our relationship with our audience and amplifies the brand’s presence.You’ll be part of a team that moves fast, experiments boldly, and balances brand consistency with fresh, thumb-stopping ideas.What you’ll doManage Plum’s social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) with a consistent and engaging brand voice.Plan and execute daily content calendars — ensuring relevance, timeliness, and creative excellence.Work with creative, influencer, and design teams to craft engaging stories, reels, and campaigns.Track trends, viral moments, and emerging formats to keep Plum’s content culture-first and ahead of the curve.Engage with followers and community members — responding authentically and building meaningful brand conversations.Collaborate with performance, PR, and e-commerce teams to integrate content strategy with business objectives.Monitor analytics, create monthly performance reports, and share insights for improving reach, engagement, and conversionsWhat we’re looking for1–3 years of experience managing social media for a consumer or digital-first brand.A sharp understanding of digital trends, creator culture, and what drives engagement online.Hands-on experience with social media tools Strong storytelling skills — both visual and written — with an eye for design and detail.Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-moving, creative environment.Data-driven mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn, and growWhy this role matters In a digital-first world, social media isn’t just where Plum shows up — it’s where the brand lives and breathes.
