Join us in shaping the future of logistics and discover limitless growth opportunities!Job Scope:The primary purpose of the role is to manage performance dashboards, revenue provision updates, and the validation of data and occupancy updates.Key Responsibilities:Real-Time Vehicle Monitoring: Track and monitor vehicle locations using GPS and tracking software to ensure that all deliveries are progressing according to schedule. Address deviations from planned routes or delivery delays in a timely manner.Driver Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing guidance on route changes, traffic updates, and any issues affecting timely deliveries. Ensure drivers adhere to compliance and safety standards.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking, such as signal loss, driver delays, or mechanical breakdowns. Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure quick resolutions.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements, delivery times, and any incidents during transit. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting any deviations from schedule or areas for improvement.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with company policies, transportation regulations, and driver working hours. Address any compliance issues in coordination with fleet supervisorsPerformance Analysis: Analyze data from vehicle tracking systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Report findings to the Operations Manager for continuous improvement.Experience: Experience in managing transport/inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing industry is required.Qualification: Graduate; additional qualifications in Logistics Management are desirable.Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills (Fluent in English and Hindi; other languages advantageous).Good knowledge of commercial vehicles and operational documents.Proficiency in computer applications, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Technical skills, data analytical proficiency, and domain understanding would be an advantage.Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.Problem-solving and consulting skills.Understanding of transportation industry dynamics and financial impacts.
