Job description:Job SummaryThis position will provide administrative and coordination support to Hospitality Project division. You will support the overall efficiency of hospitality development initiatives by ensuring timely and well-organised administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Perform administrative duties in relation to Hospitality Projects team at RWS. Monitor and track project timeline and PM tasks lists Analyze and report on project risks such as overdue projects Assist to raise purchase order or purchase requisition using Ariba system. Follow-up on licensing applications and compilation of documents for submission. Coordination of gathering samples, preparing and obtaining sign off and returning sample as required Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned Schedule and organized meetings, including recording minutes. Track Expenses and updating cost tracker Collaboration on presentations and project updates meeting  Required Qualifications Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
