Working closely with the AFC and its stakeholders, Asia Football Group strives for the success and growth of Asian football, as well as redefining Asian football’s commercial standing within global football by addressing the shared business objectives of the AFC, its sponsors and media partners with solutions derived from optimising brand activations, fan engagement and digitally driven innovations.The Role The Admin, HR, and Enterprise Services position will provide office administrative duties and HR support to employees at our Singapore office while assisting the Enterprise Services team with various administrative tasks.The role reports to the Director of Administration & Corporate Events and functionally reports to the SVP Human Resources and SVP Finance & Operations.Key Responsibilities Office Administration Assist Line Managers in identifying areas for improvement and implement necessary changes in the office.Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with the Admin team or vendors to ensure sufficient stock. Anticipate work requirements to order and distribute supplies as necessary. Liaise with building management for repairs, general maintenance, and office upkeep. Handle mail delivery and arrange distribution efficiently. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Commercial Officer, including bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and visa processing. Reconcile travel expenses and process reimbursement claims per company policies.Other duties as assigned.New employee asset/workstation arrangements and timely deliveryHandle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to company personnel;In collaboration with the Social Committee team, participate in organizing company events.Human ResourcesManage new employee onboarding and offboarding, assist with relocation, and organize employee activities.Ensure HR processes are accurate and comply with company standards while maintaining updated reports.Keep employee files and records updated in electronic and paper formats.Oversee training enrolment and maintain an up-to-date database.Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.Support HR functions with clerical tasks and follow up on purchase orders.Handle the internship program, including job descriptions, advertising, recruitment, and onboarding.Mentor interns through regular check-ins and provide feedback and guidance.Other duties as assigned.Enterprise ServicesSupport in the onboarding and offboarding of Commercial Services departments freelance labour force by issue contracts and maintaining freelance database.Support department in contract management by issuing of contracts, maintaining contract databases and following up with various personnel within the department for possible renewals.
