We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to act as the strategic right hand to a senior leader and provide essential support to the regional commercial team. This role is central to enabling commercial project delivery across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.You will work closely with the department head and their team, helping drive collaboration with country affiliates and ensuring smooth operations. If you are proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about supporting impactful work, this opportunity is for you.Tasks & Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, expense reporting, and international travel arrangements.Oversee budget tracking, purchase orders, and digital signature processes.Handle sensitive business and financial information with discretion.Coordinate meetings and events, and maintain team resources.Organize agendas, record decisions, and follow up on action items.Manage shared email accounts and draft professional correspondence.Maintain Google Spaces groups and mailing lists.Support sub-chapter leaders with coordination and organization.Collaborate closely with other assistants across the region.Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship in office administration (KV).Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.Highly proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, G-Calendar, etc.).Experienced in using AI tools to automate routine tasks.Fast learner with a proactive “can-do” attitude.Thrives in a global, dynamic environment.Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high professionalism.Fluent in English (C1+ verbal and written).General Information:Start date: 01.11.2025latest Start Date: 16.11.2025Planned duration: 10 monthsWorkplace: RotkreuzWorkload: 50%Home Office: YesDepartment: Network Enabling Organization EMEA-LATAM (DED)Working hours: Standard
