As a trusted liaison to the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and external stakeholders, you will represent CatholicCare with professionalism and integrity, upholding our Mission and Values in every interaction.In this role, you will ensure the CEO’s time is protected and directed towards strategic priorities through proactive calendar and communication management, efficient coordination of meetings, and seamless administrative support.Some Of Your Responsibilities IncludeCoordinating and maintaining the CEO’s calendar, including managing competing priorities, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodation, and monitoring emails and phone calls to ensure the optimal use of the CEO’s timeEnabling the smooth running of the Executive Office including scheduling Executive Leadership Team meetings, coordinating pre-reading packs, taking minutes and action items.Supporting the preparation and administration required for Board Meetings including collating and coordinating the papers for Board Meetings and Board Sub-Committee Meetings, document formatting and uploading to Board software.Organising meetings and conferences, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials, and minute takingOverseeing the efficient workflow of information to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence, coordinating the allocation and distribution of correspondence to the relevant business areas and monitoring all follow up actionIf you would like to find out more about the role, click apply to view the Position Description on our career website.About YouTo be a successful candidate you will have:Experience in providing administrative and related support services at an executive level, including supporting preparation for Board MeetingsOrganisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, excellent attention to detailHigh level communication, interpersonal and engagement skillsHigh level computer skills including proficiency in the MS Office and related business applications.
