The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Riello UPS's market presence. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services for clients.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targetsExperience in business development and relationship management, particularly in B2B environmentsKnowledge of uninterruptible power supplies, standby power systems, or related industries is a strong advantageExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholdersProficiency in market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trendsProficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM toolsAbility to work independently on-site, with excellent organizational and time-management abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience in the power systems industry is advantageous
