Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant/Executive Support will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CFO and the department. This role involves managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and coordinating internal and external activities to ensure smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering and transferring telephone calls, forwarding faxes, and processing transactions as directed.Organize and maintain the schedule and appointments of the line manager, including employee reviews and reception of visitors and guests.Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and circulate them to relevant authorities in a timely manner.Organize, record, and archive letters, mail, and other correspondence according to legal procedures and internal policies.Prepare, print, and distribute correspondence, letters, and reports in the required language.Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the CFO’s office and ensure meeting rooms are properly equipped, reflecting JCDC’s standards and reputation.Coordinate, save, and archive records, files, and documents to enable easy reference and retrieval when needed.Arrange travel logistics, including airline and hotel reservations and transportation, to ensure seamless travel experiences for the line manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university.Foundational knowledge in business management and the ability to perform tasks under supervision.Excellent command of English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred).Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools used within the organization.Awareness of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.Solid understanding of market practices, laws, and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.Familiarity with essential technical skills for the role and willingness to build competence through training and hands-on experience.Demonstrated proficiency in soft skills aligned with JCDC Competency Framework relevant to the role’s responsibilities.ExperiencePrevious experience in administrative, executive support, or similar roles is preferred.Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel logistics.Experience handling business communications, document management, and reporting.
